After the request is reviewed and the scope and credit cost are clear. You approve the scope before credits are applied.

Can I use credits for different types of work?

Yes. Active, credit-eligible VisionRelay services can share the same monthly credit balance.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits reset with each monthly billing period.

What about a large website or unusual project?

Large, custom, or quote-only work may receive a separate project quote rather than using membership credits.
