Terms of Service
These terms explain how VisionRelay Digital manages your digital work, from the first brief to the final delivery.
1. Accounts and use of the service
VisionRelay provides a managed workspace for design, website and other agreed digital tasks. Use accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials private, and submit work only when you can authorize the request and its payment. If you act for a business, you must have permission to act on its behalf.
You can sign in with Google, Microsoft or email and password. Account verification and security checks may be required. Client, freelancer and admin access differ; creating an account does not grant freelancer or admin permissions.
2. Your brief and agreed scope
Standard listed services proceed from a completed brief directly to checkout. Custom, unlisted or unusually complex requests are reviewed first; an admin provides a quote for you to accept before checkout. Review the deliverables, price, expected timing and included revisions before paying.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your brief and for having permission to use supplied logos, images, text, personal information and other materials. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files, passwords or unrelated confidential information.
If a purchased standard request falls outside its stated scope, VisionRelay will discuss a separate scope/cost agreement or a refund resolution with you. Additional work is not automatically included or charged solely because it appears in a comment.
3. Payments and work readiness
VisionRelay supports payments through PayPal and PayMongo where those checkout options are available. A task or membership is not treated as paid or ready for work until the payment has been successfully verified. Recurring membership checkout is available only for plans that have been connected and activated.
Where a payable order is available, its confirmed amount is stated at checkout in PHP. Other currency displays are estimates. VisionRelay records payment only after server-side provider verification or an admin's verification through the manual fallback. A redirect or success screen alone does not confirm payment. Duplicate or late payments may require admin reconciliation.
4. Monthly plans and credits
A membership's price, credit allowance and billing period must be agreed before activation. Recurring checkout is available only for configured plans and supported payment methods. A membership is activated only after successful payment verification.
Credits belong to the billing period in which they are issued. Unused credits expire at that period's end and do not roll over. Credits are service allowances, not a cash balance or transferable currency. Additional credits, when agreed, share the applicable period's expiry.
Subscription requests have an agreed credit cost before credits are applied. One subscription request is active at a time; other requests remain queued. A subscription does not make every service or an unlimited volume of work included.
5. Delivery, feedback and files
Your task history and Workboard keep the brief, status updates, files, comments and approvals together. VisionRelay may assign work to an authorized freelancer and review it before releasing it to you. Share feedback through the task's comments or visual annotations so it stays connected to the correct file or page.
Included revision limits are shown with the task. A new direction or extra deliverables may require a separate agreement. Download and keep your approved files; the workspace is not a promise of permanent file archiving. Any third-party asset, software or font licence remains applicable. Ownership or licence terms specific to a deliverable should be included in its agreed scope.
6. Cancellations and refund requests
The workspace supports cancellation of eligible unpaid requests. An eligible queued subscription task cancelled before work starts returns its credits to the original billing period; that does not extend their expiry. Cancelling a task does not itself cancel a recurring payment agreement.
Paid one-time cancellations, out-of-scope work, duplicate payments and refund requests require admin review and any necessary action through the payment provider. There is no automatic blanket money-back guarantee or self-service refund feature.
Cancel an enabled recurring agreement through the payment provider's subscription controls and contact VisionRelay if help is needed. Signing out or deactivating your VisionRelay account does not automatically cancel billing handled by an external payment provider.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Account deactivation and data requests
You may deactivate your VisionRelay account from your account settings. Deactivation disables access to the account and signs you out, but it does not automatically delete your task, payment, subscription, file, feedback or workspace history.
VisionRelay may retain information associated with a deactivated account where reasonably necessary for service administration, transaction history, security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, recordkeeping or applicable legal obligations.
Because deactivation is different from deletion, VisionRelay may be able to reactivate the same account later. If reactivated, retained workspace and service history may again become available to that account.
If you want VisionRelay to review personal information for deletion, erasure, restriction or anonymization instead, follow the process on our Account Deactivation & Data Deletion page.
Some records may need to be retained where permitted or required, including transaction records, unresolved work, disputes, security records or other legitimate business records.
8. Privacy, access and service changes
Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about how account, task and browser-storage information is handled.
Access may be restricted or disabled where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect another person's data, address a payment dispute, protect the service or enforce these terms.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular business outcome or a security certification.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Review the terms and the current scope before a new purchase; an update is not permission to add unagreed work or charges to an existing task.
